* Pre-Order Period : OCTOBER 18, 2024 @ 3pm ~ OCTOBER 25, 2024 @ 3pm KST

* Delivery Period : From OCTOBER 30, 2024 (Sequential delivery)

(Please understand that the delivery may be delayed if the order volume is too high.)

*Ordering and Shipping Guidance

- The details of the product information will be changed after the pre-order period.

- For safe delivery, you can only buy 50 albums at once per order (You can make order repeatedly)

- You cannot pack other products with pre-ordered products together.

*Recipient Information Modification Guide

- Period for Modifying Receiver’s Information : OCTOBER 18, 2024 @ 3pm ~ OCTOBER 27, 2024 @7pm KST

- The Modifying Receiver’s Information will be processed during the pre-order period. Contact us via e-mail with:

- Your name

- Order No.

- New Address

- The term “Preparing for the delivery” means that your products are being packed and the delivery information is being released. If you try to change information after the period, every process will be canceled. 

*Cancellation Guidance

- Cancellation Period : OCTOBER 18, 2024 @ 3pm ~ OCTOBER 25, 2024 @ 3pm KST

* Bizent event guide.

An undisclosed special Random photocard that can only be found at Bizent Mall!  (1 of 2)

* Same as the number of album purchases, photocard will be given without duplication.

* You will obtain the same quantities of special prizes as album. (ex. If you buy 2 albums, you will get 2 photocards.)
